I stayed at Markella's House for one night during my layover in Athens. The host, Makis, was absolutely wonderful. Despite our late arrival after midnight, he kindly picked us up from the airport and even dropped us off at 5:30am the next morning, ensuring we had a few hours of sleep. The apartment itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you again, Makis!
Strongly recommend this hotel.

We recently had the most amazing stay at a cozy place in a quiet area. It was a perfect spot to relax and detach from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They even arranged a taxi for us upon our arrival and offered a car for our stay. The homemade cookies and well-stocked fridge were such thoughtful touches. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had great amenities like wifi and a complete kitchen. The host even booked us a late meal at a local seafood restaurant, which was excellent. we had an unforgettable experience filled with true Greek hospitality. I highly recommend this place for a private and enjoyable stay.

Great location near the airport and close to the beach. Friendly and helpful owner who goes out of his way to assist guests. Clean and comfortable apartment with well-equipped kitchen and stocked fridge for breakfast.
Some taxi drivers are not familiar with the area and may try to overcharge. It is advisable to have the route on your phone and negotiate the fare beforehand.

The view from the property was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the sparkling ocean. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Another advantage was the comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The hosts were also very accommodating, staying up late to greet us and arranging transportation to and from the airport.
There were a couple of downsides to our experience. the location was quite remote, making it difficult to access nearby attractions and restaurants without a car.
